About Eiseman Jewels

Unprecedented style, quality and value are the cornerstones for Dallas’ Eiseman Jewels, the successful family business founded by Richard D. Eiseman Sr. in 1963. Richard Sr., known to most as Dick, originally opened the doors to Eiseman Jewels in the Titche Goettinger building in downtown Dallas, relocating in 1980 to its current home within one of the premiere shopping centers in the country, NorthPark Center. Here, Eiseman Jewels resides at the enviable corner adjacent to Neiman Marcus, and it welcomes both local Dallas shoppers and international business and pleasure travelers in search of an exceptional experience in luxury.

Under the thoughtful leadership of the family’s second generation, Dick’s son, Richard D. Eiseman, Jr., stands at the helm. Richard worked alongside his father for many years after earning his graduate degree from the Gemological Institute of America, and his formative years were spent stacking watch boxes and helping behind the counter. This training, both the formal and informal, proved invaluable, as Richard’s commitment to excellence in product and service has earned Eiseman Jewels a reputation among the elite retailers nationwide. “While our family-owned business has enjoyed over fifty exciting years in Dallas, the timing could not be more ideal to redesign our long-standing salon and expand our world-class collections,” Richard shares. “Dallas has become the pinnacle of luxury retail, with the national eye focused on North Texas. We are proud to anchor the prestigious luxury collection at NorthPark Center by creating an elegant, warm and modern presentation of exceptional jewels and timepieces.”

Eiseman’s salon, which sits alongside its exclusive Rolex space, features a fluid floor plan, rich warm tones and materials, and an inviting atmosphere. Eiseman’s extraordinary collections are presented in specially curved showcases and suspended vitrines, and a private viewing area affords customers privacy and discretion when desired. A dedicated diamond and bridal area is distinguished by modern details – white marble flooring and sleek vitrines – encouraging clients to become fully immersed in the luxurious shopping experience.

Eiseman Jewels is an authorized dealer for the industry’s most prestigious brands, and in addition to the aforementioned marques, the retailer offers collections by Baume & Mercier, Breitling, Cartier, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Louis Moinet, Ulysse Nardin, Vacheron Constantin and Tudor, which was unveiled in 2016.

“We believe a truly great collection is a compilation of the right pieces from the right designers,” remarked Richard. “As a result, we make our selections carefully, searching out both the items and the designers that will assure our clients the very best in design, quality, craftsmanship and value.”

“Each brand is important to our store’s success, and we offer an unparalleled array of models, including technically sophisticated complications: minute repeaters, perpetual calendars and tourbillons,” explained Eiseman Jewels’ Timepiece Director, Kevin Hopper. “Our timepiece collection is built on satisfying a discerning client who is looking for that something special, and each brand is selected to complement the watch collection—not to compete against another brand.”

In addition to the array of pristine timepieces lining the showcases, Eiseman Jewels offers a growing collection of certified pre-owned and vintage watches, as well as trade-in services and expert guidance along the way. Each timepiece within the pre- owned collection is expertly restored, most often serviced at the manufacturers’ service centers, and presented for sale with an accompanying warranty. “We view our pre-owned collection as an emerging part of our business, with interesting growth opportunity ahead of us,” Richard added.

Watch enthusiasts across Dallas appreciate the breadth of Eiseman’s inventory, the informal yet professional atmosphere of the store, and the warmth shared by the company’s 24-member team. Each of Eiseman’s associates is expertly trained in horology and is well equipped with both product knowledge and an understanding of the greater marketplace. This bodes favorably when helping clients navigate the store’s collections, whether during an afternoon of relaxed browsing, or at one of the many “formal” opportunities the company provides to truly engage in horological discovery.

“We love getting together with our watch enthusiasts,” remarked Jonathan Hostler, Timepiece Director. “Whether it is a phone call or store visit to review models and trends, a collectors dinner, or a manufacturer-sponsored event.”

Throughout the years, Eiseman Jewels has found that intimate, single-brand experiences are quite effective for cultivating relationships with customers. Personalized service and care are always at the forefront, and the company even designs bespoke events to meet the interests and desires of clients, many of whom have been a part of the Eiseman community for generations.

Beyond representation of exclusive product, and a dedication to “service service service,” Eiseman Jewels maintains an unwavering devotion to philanthropic activity and community sustenance. Among the organizations supported by Eiseman Jewels are the American Cancer Society, Cook Children’s Hospital, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League, the Dallas Opera, Ronald McDonald House, the Dallas Zoo, the Jewel Charity Ball, the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital and many more.

“The Eiseman Jewels name is built on five principles – integrity, value, selection, courteous service and philanthropy – and [these] will always remain the foundation of our business,” remarked Richard. “The high standards set by my parents over fifty years ago have guided us throughout our history, and we look forward to continuing these strong traditions.”
