Raymond Weil Celebrates Frank Sinatra and Awards a Watch

Next month, on December 12, famed performer Frank Sinatra would have turned 100 years old. So in honor of this auspicious occasion—and to laud a man who was unquestionably one of the most influential musical artists of the twentieth century—Raymond Weil produced a watch. This limited edition collection of just 1,212 pieces, referencing Ol’ Blue Eyes’ birthdate, is aptly named the maestro Frank Sinatra Limited Edition. The timepiece features an automatic mechanical movement housed in a 39.5mm stainless steel case whose functions include hours, minutes, seconds and date.

The hands, indexes and contour of the date window at 3 o’clock are a bright blue, contrasting the silver dial whose 12 o’clock marker is the only Roman numeral, again in reference to Sinatra’s birthdate. The transparent caseback has a special Sinatra Centennial logo. The watch is fitted with a black leather strap that adds to the overall elegance and restraint of the design.

But the birthday party doesn’t end here. As part of the Sinatra 100 celebration, Raymond Weil is offering an opportunity to win one of the maestro Frank Sinatra Limited Edition watches along with other Sinatra-themed prizes. How to win?

Visit their site to participate. Each month, through December 12, guests are invited to answer a Sinatra-related question to qualify for a monthly drawing for a prize. The more monthly questions answered, the more the chances to win the ultimate prize, the watch, are increased. Participants will also be granted one additional entry for the grand prize by sharing the contest on their own social media pages.
