Inside Oster Jewelers
"We keep the environment very laid back and comfortable."

Dynamic couple, Jeremy and Melissa Oster are the driving force behind Denver, Colorado’s intimate watch and jewelry boutique, Oster Jewelers.

Opening a decade ago, Oster Jewelers is elegant and inviting, utilizing streaming light to highlight exceptional timepieces and jewels. In doing so, the space conveys a redefined image of luxury; luxury without pretense.

“We keep the environment very laid back and comfortable,” Jeremy shared. “The breadth of our inventory, the knowledge that
our team upholds and most of all, our enthusiasm and willingness to help is what keeps customers coming back to Oster Jewelers.”

A passionate watch collector himself, Jeremy takes great care selecting products offered at Oster Jewelers. The boutique’s assortment includes timepieces by leading houses of horology, including Arnold & Son, Audemars Piguet, Bell & Ross, Bremont, Carl F. Bucherer, Devon, Dior, Giuliano Mazzuoli, Grönefeld, H. Moser & Cie, Hublot, Parmigiani
Fleurier, Speake-Marin, Ulysse Nardin, U-Boat and Vogard.

“We offer a great variety of brands, price points, and aesthetics,” Melissa added. “There’s always something new in store, and we are very fortunate to carry so many brands that are incredibly respected and sought-after.”

Staying ahead of the curve, Jeremy and Melissa attend annual watch exhibitions in Switzerland and bring back news and developments from their partner brands to share with customers and the Oster Jewelers
team.

“The 40th anniversary of Audemars Piguet’s Royal Oak was a significant landmark, as this iconic piece continues to be a world leader,” Jeremy remarked. “Ulysse Nardin’s introduction of the UN-118 caliber, the manufacture’s marine chronometer, constructed with proprietary materials and exceptional technology demonstrates UN’s strength among elite watch brands.

“Hublot also remains both innovative and exciting, and we readily await their next series of product…

  • Chopard's Manufacturing Expertise Few watch collectors will argue that a regulator-style dial display is the most intuitive way to determine the time of day. With its lone long minute hand flanked by completely separate subdials for the hour hand and the seconds hand, the regulator takes a bit of practice to master. These types of dials, often on very precise pendulum clocks, were historically placed for reference at a central point inside Swiss ateliers where watchmakers could quickly see the precise minutes as they worked on the timepieces at their benches. Chopard this year offers a regulator dial on its new L.U.C Regulator, a 43mm rose gold model with COSC-certified precision. Such a layout is not entirely new for Chopard, which offered a regulator design in 2006. But unlike most traditional regulator layouts,... Continue Reading
  • Raymond Weil Debuts First Pilot Watch Raymond Weil today presented the Freelancer Piper, its first-ever pilot watch, in a partnership with Piper Aircraft Inc., the Vero Beach, Florida-based aviation manufacturer. The 45mm titanium and steel Freelancer Piper features an automatic chronograph movement with date and GMT functions. The blue minute and hour hands resemble the aircraft’s rotor blades while the GMT hand, with its red pointer, references a compass. The small seconds sub-dial at 9 o’clock is inspired by the attitude indicator and the openwork black leather strap completes the watch’s aviator look. Raymond Weil chose to partner with Piper Aircraft as the company’s late founder owned a Piper and was a passionate pilot. The company will soon unveil an advertising campaign featuring the Piper watch, the... Continue Reading
  • TAG Heuer and Patrick Dempsey at Indy 500 The 99th running of the Indy 500 this past weekend lived up to its billing as “the Greatest Spectacle in Racing” with an intense battle in the closing laps between Team Penske teammates Will Power and Juan Pablo Montoya and Chip Ganassi Racing teammates Scott Dixon and Charlie Kimball. Dixon, Montoya and Power traded the lead back and forth lap after lap but Montoya triumphed with a thrilling outside pass on Will Power on lap 197, holding his teammate off thereafter to win by just .01046 seconds. TAG Heuer, the official watch of the Verizon IndyCar Series and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and friend of the brand, actor and sports car racer Patrick Dempsey, were on hand to support the race and the series with a slate of special appearances. What they witnessed at... Continue Reading
  • On the Wrist: H. Moser & Cie Endeavour Perpetual Calendar A ‘real’ friend is forever by your side, in spirit, if not always in person, and proves invaluable when experiencing critical moments in life. ‘Real friends’ share the good times and the bad, and a conversation with a ‘real’ friend is accompanied with a mutual understanding that discretion is assured. I was recently reminded of this admirable trait while I cradled a gorgeous H. Moser & Cie timepiece in my cosseting hands. ‘Cradling’ is an applicable word when discussing a Moser watch. Just in the same way that holding a newborn child deserves reverence, a Moser’s acquaintance should be accorded huge respect. Indeed, these are watches which demand deference such is their protracted and exacting creation. Allow me to explain. Unlike some gauche... Continue Reading
