Los Angeles (USA) February 14, 2013 – Longines, the famous Swiss watch company, proudly congratulates Longines Ambassador of Elegance and award-winning actor Simon Baker on receiving the 2,490th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, presented by The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. The Australian actor is well-known for the lead role in the television series The Mentalist as well as his roles in movies such as Margin Call.
Simon Baker personifies the core values of Longines and perfectly exemplifies the brand’s slogan “Elegance is an attitude”. Last June, Simon joined the family of international Longines Ambassadors of Elegance that includes British actress Kate Winslet, tennis legends Andre Agassi and Stefanie Graf, Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Asian stars Chi Ling Lin and Aaron Kwok.

Its ocean blue dial is embellished with a “big12” and SuperLuminova luminescent indices. This chronograph model has a case in stainless steel with screwed back and crown, a unidirectional turning bezel in eloxed aluminium and lateral protection for the crown.
